You will find a lot of space here including the Solar Heated Salt Water Pool and a couple of jacuzzi tubs. Welcome to the ZenYard Guest House; an urban lodging home with individual guest rooms and suites. It's a perfect location for leisure and business getaways for nightly and weekly travelers.
We have four guest rooms; the Tucson Room overlooking the pool, the Cowboy Casita with a kitchen and private bath, Jerome Room with a private bath, and finally the Sedona Room with a covered deck patio overlooking the hot tub and Koi pond.
We have a solar heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs on the property. A relaxing massage is also available to our guests by availability, book online for a discount.
Our plan is to improve the property and work to create an environment with an emphasis on tranquility and sustainability. We hope to grow our own herbs and fruit for our guests for healing, aromatherapy, and nutrition. Currently we are growing grapefruit.

Eddie & Dale
We are originally from Mid West Michigan, Eddie grew up in Grand Haven and Dale in Coopersville. The cold weather brought us out to Phoenix in 1994. We have been together 16 years in November.
We would love to have you come and make your own experiences here at the ZenYard. You can read through the journals of many others and what they have felt and found while staying with us already
We traveled a lot and love staying at a B&B or Guest Houses. One of our favorite spots to be is Vieques Puerto Rico. We've stayed or know most all the places there and some great places in San Juan if you need a reference.
So, Why a guest house? We found the property through friends who were going to purchase it as an investment but decided that we might be able to create something for other people here.
We bought the house in 2007 from the estate of Carolyn Fraser who in the later days of her life traveled extensively to places like Peru in search of healing. She created a vortex like environment to be calm and tranquil at the house and allow for people to cohabitate together and assist each other when needed. We carried on the mission to have a place to heal even if it is your mind from the busy world around us.
